When Michael Hösl joined AMSilk in 2023 as senior manager for process development, the company had grown rapidly. Processes were paper-based and data lived in Excel files tied to individual projects. He wrote a business case for a unified solution, and after comparing the market AMSilk ran a two-and-a-half-month pilot with Scifeon.
